Purpose-built for deployment.

Why it’s different
RollingStack is a family of high-density crates that let wheeled and crated rolling-stock assets be stacked up to three high, reclaiming the vertical space normally wasted above them and roughly tripling storage capacity.

Crates engage their four bottom ISO corners with custom steel lugs, so they stack without additional fixings and can sit on static or mobile (rolling) bases to compress a warehouse further. Sizes are matched to the WRM and DABS asset spectrum - from bomblifts and generators to LOX, water and berm tanks and light tactical vehicles - with custom sizes available.

RollingStack is built for high-density storage of WRM/DABS rolling stock - generators, carts, bomblifts, pumps and tanks - that would otherwise sit single-height and consume floor space. In service with US forces including EODGRU ONE and Fort Drum; in a recent European defence warehousing programme, the second phase alone stored 800+ rolling-stock assets on mobile bases.

Engineered, calculated and proof-tested.

How it’s built
Crates are steel, sized to the same footprints as BICON/TRICON containers so they stay stackable and transport-efficient; the heavy-duty RS240.96.104-12K, for example, matches a 20 ft shipping-container envelope.

Quick-release bars let larger assets use the full internal cube, tie-down points secure the load, and portable ramps handle loading and unloading, while side access allows maintenance with crates still stacked. Crate capacities run from 3,000 to 12,000 lb, and each crate ships and deploys on a single 463L pallet.

Configurations: Stacked or mobile bases; removable ramp panels; removable reinforcements for taller items; optional detachable winch with safety hooks
