Delivery / Installation questions.
- Yes. BANAIR Group is set up to deliver, install and support systems internationally — shipping and logistics planning, in-country installation support where required, and post-deployment service. The Global Delivery & Installation page covers the model in detail.
- Quote turnaround depends on the configuration complexity and the level of detail in the requirement. Production and deployment timelines are confirmed against capacity and project specifics.
- Yes. Post-deployment service is part of the BANAIR Group delivery model, scoped against the project rather than added separately. Specific service terms are confirmed at contract.
Documentation / Support questions.
- Capability summary, certification pack, product specifications and configuration documentation, compliance references and project-specific documentation on request. The Resources library covers the public-access set; sensitive or project-specific material is provided through direct contact.
- The Resources page hosts brochures, datasheets, capability briefs and track-record entries. Filtering is supported by product family, application, document type and language. Currently available in English and Polish.
- The Contact page routes inquiries by type — product information, project discussion, procurement support, partner and channel inquiries, and general inquiry. For inquiries spanning more than one BANAIR Group sub-brand or product family, use the project discussion route.
Procurement questions.
- BANAIR Group is set up to support direct procurement, framework agreements, prime-contractor partnerships and channel routes. Procurement-aware documentation, capability summaries, compliance references and technical packs are available to support tender preparation.
- Manufacturing capability is documented through the Engineering & Manufacturing page, the track record and the wider Why BANAIR Group section. Specific manufacturing capability cases — where BANAIR Group designed, engineered and produced systems end-to-end — are surfaced as proof.
- Quality, environmental, safety and defense-relevant standards are documented in the Quality, Compliance & Capability page. A full certification pack is available on request rather than dumped on a public page.
Products questions.
- It depends on the operational problem rather than the product. Tell BANAIR Group what you are trying to store, move, shelter, support or train for, and the team will route you across applications, product families and sub-brands.The Applications page is a good starting point if you prefer to navigate by mission.
- Yes. BANAIR Group product families are designed to be configured against the operational requirement — equipment profile, footprint, transport method, climate envelope and deployment cycle. Configuration is part of how systems are scoped, not a paid extra after the spec is set.
- Specifications are documented at product family and individual product level. Capability summaries and specification sheets are available on request — and are surfaced through the Resources library where confirmed for public release.
- EASIBRIDGE® by BANAIR Group, BunkBox by BANAIR Group and Role123 by BANAIR Group are the three specialist sub-brands. Each carries the “by BANAIR Group” hallmark on first reference, and each shares the same engineering, manufacturing and delivery backbone — UK and Poland (EU) manufacturing including the Słupy factory, US partner manufacturing and delivery network, in-house engineering, and global delivery and installation. The Brands page covers the architecture in more depth.
