Procurement-ready for defense and government.

Every BANAIR Group product is verified, documented and traceable — from raw material to final delivery.

Five checkpoints, raw material to dispatch.

01 — Quality control
Each stage documented, each result traceable to the product it belongs to.
01Incoming material

Supplier certificates (EN 10204) verified before release to production.

02Welding under WPS

Welders and coordinator qualified to notified-body standards.

03In-process checks

Prefabrication, welding, coating, assembly and packaging.

04Final acceptance

Dimensional, visual (VT) and non-destructive (NDT) where required.

05Traceability

Weld, welder, batch, procedure and inspection recorded to the customer file.

In process

Checked where it's built.

In-process inspection happens on the line — at prefabrication, welding, coating, assembly and packaging — so a defect is caught at the station that made it, not at dispatch.

Three layers of oversight, before anything reaches production.

02 — Risk management & supply chain
Under ISO 9001:2015, every project passes through risk analysis, supplier qualification and documented customer communication — not as a paperwork step, but as inputs to the contract, delivery plan and acceptance measure.

Risk analysis

Before an offer is submitted, technical, schedule and financial risks are identified. The analysis feeds contract terms and the delivery plan — not a post-signature discovery.

Qualified suppliers

Material and consumable suppliers are qualified against a maintained register. Quality, timeliness and certificate status are reviewed on a regular cycle.

Customer communication

Documented channels are held open from order through acceptance and satisfaction measurement — procurement, engineering and delivery on the same thread.

A management system that runs, not a certificate on the wall.

03 — Compliance approach
BANAIR Group operates an Integrated Management System — ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090 under one audited framework. Internal audits, management reviews and corrective actions feed measurable gains in quality, delivery and customer satisfaction.

IMS
ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090 audited as one framework, independently certified.
Improvement
Internal audits, management reviews and documented corrective actions — evidence generated by the system, not written up after the fact.
Identifiers
Registered on SAM.gov for US federal procurement.
Material control
Incoming material verified against supplier certificates (EN 10204) before release.
Welding
WPS to EN ISO 15614-1, welders to EN ISO 9606-1, coordinator per EN ISO 14731. Processes 135 · 136 · 141 · 142 · 52.
Tender
Tender and framework documentation support — references, evidence packs, project history.
Project
Project-specific compliance documentation where the procurement requires it.
