Purpose-built for deployment.

Why it’s different
IARS is BANAIR's Instantly Adjustable Rack System — free-standing uprights hooked every 6 inches, so a forklift lifts any loaded steel pallet clear and resets its height in moments.

Conventional rack bolts or pins its shelves in place, forcing crews to empty a bay and work at height before any change. IARS removes that constraint: the same stock fits in up to 50% of the footprint, and layouts adapt as the mission changes rather than being locked in at install.

IARS is the space-optimization backbone for military warehouses and depots — WRM, DABS and MRO stock — where load heights change constantly and readiness depends on retrieving any pallet on demand. It is the base system beneath RackMezz multi-level structures and pairs with CargoRack across integrated storage projects.

Engineered, calculated and proof-tested.

How it’s built
IARS is cold roll-formed from high-yield structural steel with punched slots for tool-free, fully adjustable beams, then welded and finished in polyester powder-coat (85 µm minimum) or hot-dip galvanizing.

Flow-thru decks are standard, meeting NFPA 13 and UFC 3-600-01. Every system is engineered and tested to RMI / FEM (FEM 10.2.02) and BS EN 15512, with verified load ratings and full material traceability, and re-sets in place with a regular forklift. Manufactured in Poland (EU).

Standards: Fire-code compliant; designed to industry standards. RMI and FEM industrial rack standards compliant. All pallets/shelves are flow-thru design as standard (to meet NFPA13 and UFC 3-600-01)

Configurations: adjustable IARS pallets in flow-thru configuration, tire storage modules, HazMat drip trays, cantilever arms, a mobile system, guide rails and corner protectors.
