Why it’s different
Folding Bins replace plastic parts bins in stores that must carry weight and pass fire code. Roll-formed from Magnelis-coated steel, each bin is rated to 1,500 lb (680 kg) and is CE compliant, resolving the fire-protection issue plastic bins create. SC-BIN 27 and SC-BIN 47 share the same 40 × 48 in base, and both collapse when empty.

Each bin breaks down into four steel panels and a base, joined by folding hinge points - no tools required. Loaded bins stack up to three high; empty bins fold flat to a small transport footprint.

Interchangeable plywood dividers slot into the shell to split the interior into compartments sized to the load - separating tops, bottoms and item sizes without a fixed internal layout. Built to replace plastic tote storage in IPE and CIF issue facilities, alongside SpaceCuber Walk & Pick.
