Every load. Any location.

A complete family of load-certified, rapidly deployable ramp and rail systems for every loading, offload, washing and inspection scenario — no fixed infrastructure.

Ramp & Rail Systems
Tracked armored vehicle unloading from a railcar over an ER40 loading ramp at a railhead

One family, one engineering baseline.

Why this family exists
Five systems, one engineering baseline. Every ramp and mat in the range is load-certified, crew-installed without cranes or fixed infrastructure, and packed for the transport a unit already runs — so one deployment logic covers vehicle offload, rail transfer, wash-down and inspection across the mission.

  • Rail offload, truck offload, retrograde washing and inspection in one family
  • 463L air-pallet transportable; operational in minutes
  • Sections interchangeable across the family
  • Designed, calculated and proof-tested in-house before service
  • Made in-house (UK + Poland)

Modeled, proof-loaded, cycled and broken in the factory.

How it’s built
Modeled and stress-analyzed in-house before cutting; precision CNC fabrication, certified welding, lightweight aluminum extrusion; controlled tolerances with full material traceability. In-house rig: static proof-loading beyond rated capacity, fatigue cycling, destructive testing. Made in the UK and Poland.
