Engineered for dispersed-operations air cargo handling, expeditionary deployments, and air mobility surge operations. The ACD is a modular, air-portable high-line dock system that enables military air terminals to build, stage, and load complete 463L pallet trains independently of K-loader availability. A full six-table dock — capable of staging an entire C-17 cargo load — packs onto a single 463L pallet, deploys in under 90 minutes with two personnel and no special tools, and operates on any hardstand or dispersal area at main operating bases, forward operating locations, or contingency airfields worldwide.

How it’s built
Galvanized steel structure with stainless steel rollers.

The dock is a galvanized steel structure running stainless steel rollers; spring-loaded 463L pallet guides seat each roller in a cradle with a locking pin, and height-adjustable legs set the working height between 37.5 and 43.5 in.

Configurations: modular per-table build — one 96 × 96 in bay per table; a full six-table dock packs onto a single 463L pallet and sets up in around 90 minutes.
